Description: Two members are appointed by the Board of Commissioners - one citizen and one member of the Board of Commissioners. The board is charged with selecting the Director of Social Services and advising the County and municipalities in ways to improve the social conditions of the community. It consults with the Director of Social Services to solve problems and to plan the budget.
