Alcoholic Beverage Control Board

Description: 

The ABC Board has the authority to buy, sell, transport and possess alcoholic beverages for the operation of its stores.  This board also adopts rules for the ABC system and has the authority to hire and dismiss employees. Members are paid a stipend and reimbursed for mileage. All members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
